RapidBox ("we", "us") provides packaging design, prototyping and digital cutting services from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website or work with us.

We collect the information you give us and a small amount of technical data:

• Contact details you enter in our forms — name, email, phone number and company.
• Project details and files you send us, such as dielines, drawings and product dimensions.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies or analytics tools.

03How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To design, sample and deliver the work you ask for.
• To send updates about your project.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information.

04Your design files

Files and product information you share are used only to deliver your project. They are not shared with anyone outside the team working on it, and we can work under a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Project files are kept for 12 months after a project is completed so repeat orders and revisions can be handled quickly. After that they are permanently deleted from our systems. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

05Cookies

Our website may use cookies to remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We may use standard website analytics (such as Google Analytics) to see which pages are visited and how people find us. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

06Sharing with others

We only share information with service providers who help us run our business — for example email, hosting and courier services — and only as much as they need. We may also share information where the law requires it.

07How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 2 years so we can follow up and refer back to past conversations. Records linked to orders and invoices are kept for 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.
